Join this exciting disability-led fun push/run at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London! Parallel London was the first fully inclusive and accessible push/run for everyone and after a successful few years, it's back with a bang. Disabled and nondisabled unite to run, walk, wheel, push or be pushed – anything goes!
Take your place on the start line at the iconic Olympic Park five years on from the London Paralympics. All ages. All abilities. No cut-off times. No excuses. And that’s not all. There’ll be a family festival celebrating the very best in accessible attractions, from the fun and quirky to the ground-breaking and life-changing.
Participate, volunteer or simply cheer!
Choose your challenge – 100m, 1k, 5k, 10k – and raise funds for The Bobath Centre making a real difference to children and families affected by cerebral palsy.
What sets this event apart from all others?
- Participants are welcome to use whatever it takes to finish the course, from day, electric and racing wheelchairs to race-runners, walking frames and children’s buggies
- Anyone who needs a helping hand is welcome to bring a buddy to push, guide or accompany them free of charge
- You needn’t be in it to win it. Everyone will be celebrated for crossing the finish line
Registration fee: £20 (payable via Parallel London website)
Fundraising pledge: RAISE WHAT YOU CAN FOR BOBATH!
