We were very sad that our Bobath Centre had to close for treatment due to the current Coronavirus outbreak. However, we are trying our best to continue to support you and others with cerebral palsy at this time.  Many of our clients have told us how important their Bobath therapy is for them. So we want to keep in touch with you and continue to help where we can.

Some Good News

We are very pleased to let you know that we will be able to provide you with virtual therapy sessions via Zoom video.

In the course of these 45-minute video sessions you can:

  • ask us questions about your treatment
  • discuss any issues you may currently be facing
  • seek help moving on with therapy.

Plus, your therapist may ask you to handle or to try things out yourself. This will help you to further develop your skills and adjust treatment programmes.

It’s not complicated and all you need is a smart phone, tablet, pc or laptop with internet access. Once you sign up, we send you a link and your therapist can connect to you by video.

So, if you would like to have some input via video conferencing to bridge the gap until you can have hands-on therapy again, then please get in touch with us via email contact@bobath.org.uk.

The cost of these sessions are vastly discounted to help us cover our charity’s cost and are priced at £40.00 each, to be paid in advance of the appointment.

We hope to be able to continue to support you. If you’re not sure about whether video sessions are for you, but you’d like advice, please do reach out.

We’re here to help you during this time.
