Working in Partnership
We understand that for corporate-charity partnerships to be successful they have to be mutually beneficial. We are happy to explore where we can work together with your business to benefit the charity while demonstrating your business commitment to social responsibility.
There are many ways your employees can benefit from working in partnership with the Bobath Centre. We will listen to what you want to achieve and then suggest the right fundraising activities for your staff. These range from something as simple as a dress-down day to taking part in the strenuous physical challenge e.g. Three Peaks. We can then add value to your fundraising by suggesting ideas for your staff and providing sponsorship forms, t-shirts and banners for your events. We can also provide advice on, for example, Payroll Giving and Volunteering.
We have a number of print and digital publications where you can support the work of the charity while demonstrating your corporate responsibility. There are also opportunities to sponsor aspects of our work e.g. treatment rooms, website pages.
Making a donation can directly change a child's life. We currently have three charitably funded programmes that support families seeking treatment.
Your support can be recognised in the annual report and on social media and can provide your in-house publications with positive stories.
We can offer opportunities for teams to visit the Centre to help with gardening and toy cleaning. We can cater for a team of two to twenty.
If you can offer particular skills or services that can benefit the charity. This could be legal advice or planning, or simply the loan of a meeting room.
We have places in all the major challenge events including the Virgin London Marathon and can easily support businesses to participate in local or overseas events.
Charity of the Year
Making the Bobath Centre your charity of the year is a great way of demonstrating to your stakeholders your corporate social responsibility credentials. Working with staff for an extended period will motivate them more than just doing a one-off event. They will gain an understanding of the charity’s work and how their company’s support will make a difference. We can meet your corporate objectives by developing a programme of activities that meets your needs e.g. departmental cross-working. You can decide whether to raise money for the general work of the charity or for essential treatment for children.
As your nominated charity we will provide you with:
- A calendar of activities tailored to your needs
- Places in challenge events. e.g. Virgin London Marathon
- Sponsorship opportunities
- Marketing and merchandising opportunities
- Media support
- Charity account manager
I know from personal experience the remarkable work the Centre does in improving the lives of disabled children and their families. For me, its strength lies in the fact that it sets itself high standards in its treatment and training while keeping the child and the family at the very centre of its work.
I am happy to be associated with its work.
